1. Announcing incidents
This module allows users to register all incidents regarding security, prevention, safety and crime and to forward them through the intranet and / or internet to the database’s administrator.
2. Incident registration
Based on the incident report a highly detailed incident card is made, incorporating all data concerning persons, places and vehicles, etc.
3. Investigation
Based on the incident announcement, it is decided if an investigation has to be pursued. Every investigation will be updated in the module 'Investigation', summing up all actions taken, to have a follow-up of the inquiry.
4. Reports and analyses
Modules 'Incident registration' and 'investigation' are used as the basis for a highly detailed report. The reports, which are tailor made for your company, offer your organisation the possibility to increase turnover and to decrease the unauthorised influences.

InvexSoft® Security
To safeguard the legal use of InvexSoft® the hardware is equipped with a token. This token guarantees the operational permanency of the software and is the only effective way to protect your confidentiality.

The software InvexSoft® allows you to archive incidents and occurrences from different sources in a well-structured database. The data are easily inputted, imported and later consulted.
